You have a 30-day window from the delivery date to initiate a return for your item.

Refunds are issued as store credit in the form of a Precision Aim Tactical gift card. Returns typically take 5-7 business days to process after we receive your item(s). 

Kindly package each order separately to ensure smooth processing. Combining multiple orders in one return package may delay the process. Please be aware that items not meeting eligibility criteria will not be credited.

For timely and accurate delivery, please ensure that your address is entered correctly with all necessary details. Accurate abbreviations, street numbers, building/apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are essential. We cannot be held responsible for lost, misplaced, or misdelivered shipments due to incorrect address entry at the time of purchase.

We do ship to PO Boxes via USPS, though expedited shipping options are not available for these addresses. Shipments to APOs and US Territories may encounter delays. Alternative carrier options are offered, and we retain the right to change carriers as needed.
